Description Appearance Mask: Tie is on the taller side of medium height, with dark hair and dark features. They are usually scruffy and their clothes rumpled. They're a chain smoker and thus is rarely seen without a cigarette and the smell of tobacco smoke is a constant feature. They are outgoing and a tad arrogant despite their paranoia. Mien: Tie loses all color when seen without their mask. Their skin is unnaturally smooth and gray, they have mechanical features interspersed throughout their body, and their hair is more akin to fiber optic filaments than actual hair. If one stares at them long enough, they’ll start to notice their entire form subtly shifts and undulates. Brief History Tie rarely leaves the Hedge and more specifically rarely leaves the Briarnet. Coming from 300 years in the future, they're overly concerned with creating paradoxes; local Lost quickly learn that they won't answer questions about the future. While they do know about Wishing Roads and the Hedge reflections of space, they never encourage people to explore either, warning that it's better to stay in the safety of the anthrosphere. Rumor has it that their ship is hidden somewhere in the Bay Area, but nobody has discovered its location or even if the rumor is true.
