Theo is a pale and usually well dressed man, offsetting his stark white skin with pitch black hair, red and black clothes, and almost never seen without his red tinted glasses. Some might say that he leans a bit too hard into the 'vampire' aesthetic, but in his experience, most people don't assume the person dressing in a way that screams 'vampire' is ACTUALLY a vampire.
Personality
Theodor tends to be more on the quiet side, preferring to talk when he's thought out what to say, and likes to study people before jumping to conclusions. He tends to come off a bit cold and factual. He has a strong sense of a personal code, and the greatest thing that he hates is, without a doubt, traitors.
Brief History
Theodor has a difficult to trace history - a good amount of what is publicly known involves his time in Vancouver, as a devoted member of the Ordo Dracul. He is almost never seen without his trusted mercenary and Childe, Victoria Ward.
When the vacuum that is Seattle's political kindred sphere appeared, he almost instantly took the first opportunity to head there and settle in, sensing potential in the newly vacant space.

Ordo Dracul
Theo is a member of the Ordo Dracul - particularly one of the Sworn of the Axe. He's very loyal to the Ordo, but he's willing to help out his fellow kindred if need be.
Hitman
Need someone dead? Need someone sent a message? Theodor is rather skilled at both, particularly through uses of firearms. Thus, he can make it look like someone absolutely not supernatural just got the wrong end of a bad mugging, or anything else you might need.
