Felix is of average height and build. His skin is still tanned even without the Blush of Life, though there is a slight greyish tint underneath it. He dresses simply, usually a pair of jeans and a t-shirt or hoodie. He also tends to wear the same outfit for weeks at a time, with all the rumpled evidence to prove it. If the Curse didn't force his hair into a semblance of style, it would probably be a tangled mess at this point, but as it is he usually gets away in that department minus a twig or two. He's often covered in dust and doesn't seem to notice when his clothes are beyond just dirty; usually someone points this out and the next night he has a new outfit.
Personality
Felix is a quiet storm. He gives off the aura of being a laidback, go with the flow type of person, but the observant will also notice he's always tense. He rarely allows his anger to bubble to the surface, especially in conversation, but those who've seen him fight will quickly remember that he's still very much a Gangrel; a Gangrel with a lot of pent up issues at that. While he's not exactly sociable, he is social. He shows up to events, gatherings, and Elysium as much as most Kindred do. There are even times he seems to enjoy himself. More often he's doing his best statue impression unless someone initiates conversation. Overall he comes off as someone who is making the effort to be out there, but is perhaps not very good at it.
Brief History
Felix lived in Vancouver most of his life, after his family immigrated from Manila. He was ghouled by a prominent Vancouverite Invictus who found him surviving on the streets and was eventually Embraced. He was supposed to join the Invictus but at his induction ceremony he publicly rejected the invitation which led his sire to ruin his reputation and make his unlife hell. He joined the Architects in Vancouver and when the call went out for the covenant to explore Seattle, he jumped at the chance to get a fresh start and to escape the wrath of his sire.

Fresh Start
Felix is the childe of a prominent member of the Invictus in Vancouver. When he publicly humiliated her by not taking his induction oaths, she set about to ruin him. He's spent most of his unlife at the bottom of Kindred society; he sees Seattle as a chance to start over, but he's far from the only Vancouverite in the city. Perhaps you've taken pity on him? Maybe you enjoy perpetuating his shame?
The Sixth Estate
Felix is an Architect of the Monolith - a small but growing covenant of urban mystics. While he is not a recruiter, and makes it a point to clarify that whenever rumors start, he's also more than happy to talk about his covenant's philosophy. Moreover he seems to get along with most of the other covenants, though he notably isn't warm towards the Invictus.
For Hire
Felix doesn't hide that he's adept at Auspex. He's more than willing to sell his services, though his prices can come off as a little odd. Sometimes he'll just ask for the usual favor, other times he might want a bag of rocks, and yet other times he might ask for a specific object coated in a specific person's blood. He's also a decent fighter and can play the bodyguard if need be.

Felix is Filipino and he finds it useful to maintain some ties to the community. You can find him at night markets, karaoke events, and other nocturnal gatherings. He's also more than happy to practice Tagalog with anyone trying to learn!
