The Covenants
The Carthians

In Seattle, The Carthian Movement was a shining success of the modern adaptation of its values. Having found the perfect balance of appealing to humans and kindred alike, Carthian Primogen Andrea Hutchings led the Carthians to success while pushing on almost equal footing with the Ordo Dracul in Seattle. Andrea was always able to be the first person at a negotiation table, regardless if The Carthians were a party to the deal, and helped to keep stability in Seattle between the other Covenants. She focused on ensuring that The Carthians support each other, having claimed a large territory of Seattle for The Carthians successfully with several deals with The Prince and The Invictus.
Within the Carthian movement of Seattle, there are all the expected Firebrands. While they were neither in power or in trouble, there seems to be an understanding that with Andrea at the helm, The Revolution felt like that fire was about to break at anytime now. There were some though within the movement, as there usually is, that felt Andrea didn’t move fast enough and had lost the rebel spirit of The Firebrands looking more Invictus than Carthian.
Regardless of you believed in Andrea’s methods, The Carthian Movement was successful and mostly unified under their belief that the current status quo of the domain needed to shift. The Carthians held a strong position on the Primogen Council and tended to always have their finger on the pulse, one step ahead in boons, but never shifting to become a threat to Maria’s hold on the city.
The Circle of the Crone

Where many looked down to the Earth for guidance and power, the Members of the Circle of the Crone in Seattle looked up: at the stars, finding strength in the celestial bodies and their movements, in a small faction called the Starseekers. Breaking tradition cast some doubts in their practices, but they followed strong, for however long it lasted, though they kept mostly to their own. The head of the Circle in Seattle was Aristotle Heath, The Polaris, who leads those in the night with the earnestness of the North Star in the darkest of nights.
When the Circle of Seattle went quiet the neighboring towns, in special Portland, decided to send emissaries of their own practices to investigate - and perhaps find some of the secrets the Seekers were looking after.
The Invictus

The First Estate of Seattle continued to rely on older forms of the Covenant found in Europe. They still had knights and Barons, were stuff in their demand of titles, and the respect that must be shown to your elders. The Covenant did face some challenges adapting to the modern millenia but with the help of Vancouver it was making strides towards a more modern vision. Lead at the helm by Advisor Alder Mina Larian, Marquise of the Emerald City. Things continued to be lost in the old ways until Patrick Lapointe moved from Vancouver, BC to Seattle, and took the All Night Society by Storm. Quickly raising through the ranks of Seattle's elite, Patrick reflected the adapted Invictus, embodying progress with grace and was a master of connections. It's rumored that he is owed boons from all of The Primogen Council, and even Maria herself.
The restructuring of the Covenant in Seattle was not without opposition which caused some stress fractures to make themselves known which some of the Covenants enemies took advantage to inflict additional damage. With a Harpy holding as much sway in the city as The Prince, if Mina would have swallowed her pride and accepted the change in the covenant, The Invitus was headed for a strong position in the city. Some might even say, if they didn't vanish, they might have been well positioned to challenge the lead of the Ordo should they have desired.
The Ordo Dracul

It is a rare sight, seeing a Defiant in such a prestigious position in a domain, and Maria of Córdoba was no exception to the rule. Working in close proximity with the Primogen and leader of the Carthians, politics in Córdoba’s domain was a fine art, and under her guidance, the Ordo of Seattle flourished; her focus as a Sworn of the Dying Light in furthering the cause was rivaled only by the mountain of secrets she kept. The Ordo Dracul of Seattle, Portland and Vancouver worked as a triumvirate for the covenant in the Pacific Northwest, with the leaders in each city representing a different pillar of the Sworn and focusing their efforts into furthering their research into vampiric condition, regardless of the dark rumors that surrounded Maria’s methods.
Although placing most of their focus on research with the division of the Sworn pillars, the “cultural exchange” guaranteed, if not the absolute free sharing of knowledge, that the Order as a whole felt represented in their ranks. When the Court and its Prince went quiet, the Ordo Dracul of Portland and Vancouver felt it first, and felt it keenly: with the disappearance of Maria, her research and her secrets disappeared too, with no tracks to follow and nothing but the questions of those left behind.
The Lancea et Sanctum

The Sanctified of Seattle followed more orthodox teachings than most think of when they think of the Lancea et Sanctum. Unlike the hard-leaning Archbishop of Vancouver Father Greenwood and his fellows lead the faithful in weekly Mass and help the lost find their way even if it’s not towards the Church caring more about helping Kindred settle into the Requiems. The Lancea et Sanctum has tried to avoid conflict in the past sometimes to it’s detriment but also because of pressure from the Voivode whose views on religion could have damaged the Covenant more than simply doing nothing.
