Custom Merits

Prerequisites: Resolve 3 and ability to Risk Willpower

Effect: Any character that possesses this merit can, once per chapter, spend a point of willpower to gain the Heroic Resolve Condition.

Characters that possess this merit at three dots can in addition to the above, once per chapter, spend a willpower to gain the Overwhelming Resolve Condition.

New Condition: Heroic Resolve
Description: You are steadfast and resolute in your drive to achieve your goal. At any time while you have this Condition you may resolve it to regain a point of Willpower.

Beat: N/A

Resolution: Choose to resolve the Condition to regain Willpower

New Condition: Overwhelming Resolve
Description: You are singular in your drive to achieve your goal. At anytime while you have this Condition you may resolve it to regain a point of Willpower, in addition you may immediately spend it ignoring the normal limit of a point of Willpower per action.
Beat: N/A
Resolution: Choose to resolve the Condition to regain Willpower.
Note: Risking Willpower is not the same as spending Willpower making using both for the same action incompatible
