When you are handing out your effects, especially multi person buffs and in Crossover scenes, it would be helpful to know up front what they are, what they do, and how they apply. I'm pretty knowledgeable about rules but anyone can get confused with something they are unfamiliar with.
Thank You!

That's a good point, though sometimes the buffs aren't applying the same or the ST's rule one way or another, I think it'd be a really solid idea if maybe all the buffs were logged and put on the Combat Tracker under like their own tab, so players and ST's can all double check it in the same place, and that way if a Player who can't show up and did a buff in downtime, ST's can throw the buffs there.
It could also be a great spot for character's like Atariya's to note their abilities, so hopefully people can remember they have stuff to do too!

It's a good idea we utilized in 1.0 for the mage game with cross buffs that needed tracking and I'll raise it to the team to standardize it in the future.
Atariya need to declare powers they have in a scene log though, it's on the player to declare powers that could effect players or STs in the log. The combat tracker is a great tool for keeping track of combat but not to replace logging of powers and buffs in the room as well.
