I can't answer the first part of the question, but Primordial Cults work a lot like retainers - your cult is NPCs for the most part, though your Herald can be a PC (either at creation or turned in-game). Basically, Primordial Cults aren't MCIs so they have separate rules.

Having said that, yes you can play a Herald in Beast, but you must have a PC Beast sponsor who has a Primordial Cult.

Deviant has been designed with Mortal/Quarter splats in mind specifically, the venue will honestly work best when there is a good mix of the two types of splats. Similar in many ways to the idea of how a Werewolf and a Wolfblood are meant to work together or a Ghoul and a Vampire. :)

There will be no PC-made Mystery Cults in Vampire at creation. The option to found them will require 5 PCs, as before.

ok. I might look into it once I find the book. I've no interest in vampire unfortunately :( But a plain old mortal is always fun to see where it goes.

At the present moment, there is no Mage ST Team, so there won't be mages. Apologies.

Lost will also be allowing Fae touched as well if you're looking to play mortal plus :)
